Essence Communities Social Content

Essence Communities runs The Archive Melbourne in Southbank, an apartment community with shared spaces designed for social living. Sticki produces social content that shows prospective residents what life there actually looks like.

Our videographer shoots on site with Resident Advisors as talent, capturing vertical videos of the apartments and amenities in a natural, lifestyle-led style. From flexible living spaces to shared areas like the Sky Lounge, each compilation is cut for Instagram and TikTok.
